2. Eligibility to Purchase
2.1 Orders may only be placed by persons who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
2.2 By placing an order, the Buyer represents and warrants that they meet these requirements.
3. Products
3.1 We offer both new and used products, including but not limited to video games, consoles, accessories, collectibles, and related items.
3.2 Product descriptions, photographs, and condition notes are provided for informational purposes. Minor differences in appearance, packaging, manuals, inserts, or other non-essential elements may occur.
3.3 Used products may show signs of wear consistent with normal use and their condition will be described as accurately as reasonably possible.
3.4 Used, vintage, and retro products are sold taking into account their age, previous use, and collectable nature. Cosmetic wear, discoloration, minor scratches, worn labels, packaging wear, and other age-related signs of use or storage shall not be considered defects unless otherwise stated in the product description.
4. Availability
4.1 Products displayed on the website are offered for sale subject to availability. While the Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure that inventory information is accurate and up to date, the display of a product on the website does not guarantee its availability at the time of order.

8.5. The Seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, adverse weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.
8.6. The Buyer must inspect the shipment upon delivery and report any visible damage to the packaging or goods to the carrier at the time of delivery whenever possible.
9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1 Consumers residing within the European Union may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
9.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires.
9.3 Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days from the date withdrawal is communicated.
9.4 Refunds will be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected, or upon proof of shipment where required by law.
10. Exceptions to Withdrawal
10.1. The right of withdrawal may not apply in circumstances permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to:
- sealed software products once unsealed;
- sealed products containing digital content once unsealed;
- video game cartridges, game discs, software products, and similar items containing digital content where a security seal has been removed, broken, or otherwise tampered with;
- customized or personalized goods;
- goods made to the Buyer's specifications;
- products whose value has been materially diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning;
- products whose resale value has been materially affected by opening, activation, registration, modification, or use.
10.2. Where applicable, products protected by a security seal applied by the Seller may only be returned if such seal remains intact and unopened.
10.3. The removal, breakage, alteration, or tampering of any security seal may result in the loss of the Buyer's right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
10.4. Returned goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all accessories, manuals, inserts, packaging, security seals, and other components originally supplied with the product.
10.5. Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt by the Seller to verify their condition and compliance with these Terms.
10.6. The Seller reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received and inspected.
10.7. The Buyer shall be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
10.8. If the returned goods are found to be damaged, incomplete, altered, excessively used, missing components, improperly packaged, or otherwise not in the condition required for a valid return, the Seller reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to reduce the amount of the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods or to refuse the return.
10.9. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that returned goods are adequately packaged and protected during return transit. Any damage occurring during return shipment as a result of insufficient packaging may be taken into account when assessing eligibility for a refund.
10.10. Any refund approved by the Seller shall be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
10.11. Nothing in this section shall limit, exclude, or affect any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
10.12 In the event of a return, the Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods. Any shipping charges paid for the original delivery of the order are non-refundable and shall not be included in any refund issued to the Buyer.

11.1. Returned goods must comply with the conditions set out in Section 10 of these Terms.
12. Warranty and Consumer Rights
12.1 New products are covered by the consumer rights and legal guarantees required by applicable law.
